Steve Welkie, a corporate executive with 20 years of experience, managed more than $100 million of outsourcing business for the multi-national human resources firm, Hewitt Associates.  Steve was responsible for all operational and financial aspects of his client portfolio, including staff quality, on-time delivery, profitability, budgeting, and staff retention.   

From 1997 to 2003, Steve developed a new business segment for Hewitt in Canada.  He helped establish over $100 million in new business and built the Canadian operations from just a handful of employees to several hundred.   Steve became a partner at Hewitt in 1998 and helped take the firm public in June, 2002. 

During his 20 year career with Hewitt, Steve worked on and managed dozens of large-scale, complex outsourcing projects for Fortune 500 companies such as, General Motors, Chrysler, Halliburton, Dominion Resources, Deutsche Bank, Tribune Company, Bayer AG, Bank of Montreal, Allina Health Systems, and Caremark Pharmaceutical, among others.  Steve graduated from Indiana University in 1987 with a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship.  

He graduated from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, in 1997 with a Masters in Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
