Ray Waymel is a seasoned business executive with over twenty-four years of corporate experience in all areas of business management. He has managed a portfolio of companies generating over $150 million in revenue for the leading human resources outsourcing firm, Hewitt Associates. 

Ray joined Hewitt in 1982 and was an owner/partner in the firm when it went public in June of 2002. He has managed large, complex, multi-year projects and led teams with members numbering over 300.

He was responsible for all operational and financial aspects of his client portfolio, including quality, profitability, budgeting, and staff retention. Companies with which Ray worked included Starbucks Coffee Company, Continental Airlines, Texas Instruments, Southern California Edison, Central and Southwest, and TXU.

Ray brings a wealth of project and business management acumen to ASH. In particular his ability to manage and focus large numbers of people on a common goal to achieve mutual success and to meet corporate objectives in a timely manner is essential to the long-term success of the company. 

Ray holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University earned in 1982.
