Robert R. (Rob) Burchfield
Rob Burchfield, SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), Houston, Texas, has four decades experience in real estate and manages the oldest continuously operating real estate firm in Houston, Texas.

Rob Burchfield is also a principal in the Burchfield Companies, a development firm, Pro-Connection, Inc., a real estate management firm, and a host of partnerships owning land, apartments, and office buildings.

Mr. Burchfield has successfully developed and built apartment projects, retail developments, light industrial complexes, mini-warehouses and residential projects totaling over 1.7 million square feet. Since 1995, Rob Burchfield has packaged and developed Section 42, tax credit enhanced, affordable housing apartment projects totaling 640 units.

Rob Burchfield is considered an industry leader in the low income tax credit, affordable housing field. He is an expert in packaging projects that have been successful recipients of the tax credits; a commodity highly sought after by major corporations, such as General Electric, GMAC, Household Finance, and others.

Mr. Burchfield is a Graduate, Rice University, BA Economics, 1964, and a Member of the SIOR, since 1972.



Paul Woodall
A business veteran with over 35 years experience in real estate, development and finance, Paul Woodall has successfully worked in leadership positions in both public and private companies, with an emphasis on emerging growth companies, over the last twenty of those thirty plus years.

Mr. Woodall developed subdivisions, apartments, and hotels throughout the gulf south. He developed and built the French Market Inn in the French Quarter of New Orleans; originated and closed over $100 million in real estate loans for First Union Bank; acquired for syndication over $280 million in apartment, hotel and office building projects; and acquired the Killearn Golf Club and Conference Center, with over 100 acres of golf course frontage property in Tallahassee, Florida.

Mr. Woodall manages Burchfield Homes where he is responsible for all of the firm’s activities including building, land acquisition, development, overall marketing, product development, and corporate finance.
